How to delete an account

1. Navigate to the Account Deletion Page

Go to the following link:

2. Fill In Your Personal Information

Enter the following details to verify your identity:

First Name (e.g., John)

Last Name (e.g., Doe)

Mobile Number (e.g., +94 71 234 5678)

Email Address (e.g., you@example.com)

3. Select a Reason for Leaving

Under "Reason for Leaving":

Choose a reason from the dropdown list (e.g., Privacy Concerns, Found a better service, etc.)

This helps the service understand and improve.

4. Acknowledge the Irreversibility

Tick the checkbox:

"I understand that this action is irreversible and all my data will be permanently deleted."

✅ This is mandatory to proceed.

5. Submit Your Deletion Request

Click the red “Request Account Deletion” button at the bottom.

🕒 What Happens Next? (Account Deletion Process)

Request Submitted

Your request is received and identity verified.

Processing (1–2 days)

The team processes your request and begins the data deletion process.

Data Removal (7 days)

All personal data, including images, will be permanently deleted.

Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirming once the process is completed.
